JD:
-Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery
and material
-Ensuring recpetion staff Greet guest entering organization and direct them to correct destination and define reception protocols
-Prepare letters and documents as and when required
-Hands-on experience with dealing with diverse force
-Strong written, verbal & negotiation skills
-Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
