Position Title: Manager Telemarketing
Salary Range: 125K-175K+Commissions
Location: Karachi
Requirements & Responsibilities:
-Developing and maintaining good communications relationships with all members of field sales operations
-Demonstrated ability to work calmly in a fast
-paced team environment.
-Superior customer service skills, with the ability to react quickly and decisively to resolve customer issues in a professional manner.
-Minimum of 5 years experience in call center operations management
-Experience managing remote call center operations
-Knowledge of and experience overseeing call center technology
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in order to communicate our basic product features properly.
-Mastery of call center practices
-Creating an atmosphere that people enjoy working in as well as succeed within
