Good Receipt & Material Transfer to Manufacturing facilites
Ensuring 100% GMP & GWP compliance
Ensuring 100% utilization of WMS (Warehouse Management Sustem) and Bin-wise storage of stocks
Leading the Warehouse staff for achieving the monthly production targets
Ensuring the batch wise issuance of packaging material in compliant with SOP
Ensuring the calibration of warehouse measuring equipment (Weighing balances, Temperature monitors)
Management of rejected stocks in lock and key
Ensuring maintenance of warehouse lifting devices
Ensuring monthly stock cycle counts
Any other works which may be assigned by the manager from time to time
Monitor and ensure compliance of PASS achievement, medical screening and surveillance and on floor safety training programs
Ensure on-time CAPA closure of all audit findings
Ensure on-time reporting of all incidents near misses and environmental incidents, to the concerned persons
