· Handle a portfolio of multiple accounts
· Exhibit excellent relationship management skills with the clients.
· Ability to identify and capitalize on multiple sales opportunities.
· Constantly improve business development activities.
· To develop and maintain a system of awareness of all customer complaints/comments, and ensure that these are timely and appropriately addressed.
· Monitoring & reporting to senior managers on the effectiveness of marketing strategies.

Specification
· Minimum MBA with knowledge in Marketing .
