*One of the largest Mosquito Netting Project is looking for QC MANAGER(Fabric Division) for its factory located at Jamber Patoki-Lahore
He will be responsible for “Primarily Yarn Extrusion Process, Secondary if he is having hands on knowledge of Fabric weaving & Knitting.
Additionally it would be an add on if candidate is aware of Warp Knitting & must have hands on knowledge of weaving, warping/beam Making, Circular knitting & Weft Knitting”*
JD is consisting;
1- Ensure the practical implementation of QC system in yarn extrusion, Weaving or Knitting (warp, circular & beam making) process.
2- Establishing and implementing standard operating procedures.
3- Based on data analysis should be able to take corrective and preventive actions.
EQUIPMENT SKILLS: – Extrusion, Knitting, Weaving machines
QUALIFICATION: BS hons in textile engineering/Polymer engineer/Industrial
EXPERIENCE: 6+ years working experience in a composite/ vertical textile set up
ADD ON SKILLS: Have clear understanding of ISO2859-1 AQL standards, ISO 9001-2015 quality management system
