Recipe for chicken karahi

Ingredients:

Chicken: 500 grams

Oil: 4 tb spoon

chopped garlic: 1 tb spoon

Chopped ginger: 1 tb spoon

Salt: upto taste

Green chilli: 4 in small size

Chopped red chilli: 1/2 tb spoon

Red Chilli: 1/2 tb spoon

Lemon: one piece

Coriander crushed: 1tbsp

Tomato: 3 pieces

yogurt: 1/2 cup

Butter: 1tsp

Chicken stock: 1/2 cup

turmeric: half tsp

Cooking method:

In cooking pot, add cooking oil nd add garlic ginger paste until light brown. Now add chicken nd cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.

Afterwards, add salt, turmeric, red chilli, hot spice, lemon, tomato, chicken stock, cumin nd steam it for 5 to 7 minutes.

After, add yogurt nd cook it for 3 to 4 minutes. Next add butter. Use ginger, green coriander, green chilli for garnishing.

Tasty chicken karahi is ready now. Serve it with raita nd naan.
