Recipe for chicken pulao

Ingredients:

Chicken 1/2 kg

Rice 1/2 kg

Onion 1 (chopped)

Ghee 1/2 cup

Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

Green chilli 4

Yogurt 1 cup

Green carndamom 2

Black carndamom 2

Cloves 8

Salt 1 tsp

Nutmeg and mace powder 1tsp

Cinnamon 2

Black pepper 1 tsp

Cumin 1 tsp

Fennel 1 tsp

Coriander seeds 1 tsp

Bay leaf 1

Star anise 1

Garlic cloves 4

Recipe:

Add chicken, cumin, fennel,coriander seeds, black pepper, green cardamom, black cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf, star anise, onion, garlic, ginger, salt, and 4 glass water in a pan. Mix well and boil it for 5 minutes on high flame. Cook for 10 minutes on medium flame. Take the chicken out of it. Filter the soup.

Now take ghee in a separate pan. Add onion. Fry it till light brown colour. Add ginger garlic paste. Mix well . Add chicken, yogurt, green chilli, nutmeg and mace powder. Cook for 2 minutes at medium flame with stir. Add soup to it. Cook for 6 minutes on high flame. Cook for 15 minutes on slow flame with cover lid.

Tasty pulao is ready to serve.
