– Responsible for Assessing Training Needs of employees, New Hire Orientation, Implementing training programs and Planning people Development & Talent Management Programs.
-Create brochures and training materials.
-Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations.
-Regular contact with business leaders to identify key development needs across different departments.
