Travel Desk Executive

Job description
· To manage the travelling of all the employees
· Meeting all travel requirements such as tickets, Visa & Hotel
· Correspondence with embassies for visa arrangements
· Analysis and reporting on cheapest flights available
· Maintain the record of all tickets and hotel booking
· Verification of agents invoices properly
· Strong coordination with travel agents
Experience & Education
Minimum graduation with experience of 4-5 years in relevant field
Skill Required:
· Good Communication skills
· Excellent command on reporting and analysis
· Traveling as and when required
· Good command in computer applications
