Job Description
1. Identify potential prospects and develop relationships based on business buying behavior.
2. Cold-calling to potential prospects (businesses) to identify their staffing needs.
3. Identify the decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
4. Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from potential prospects.
5. Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via phone and email cross-sell and up-sell.
6. Handle inbound, unsolicited prospects calls and convert them into sales.
7. Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
Experience:
• Fresh to 1 year
Degree Title:
• Master’s in IT/Marketing
• BBA in Marketing
